For the perfect Florida family holiday...

To make your holiday even easier to plan and budget for, we have a single flat rate all year round:

 

1st January—31st December: £550 per week (inclusive of 14% Florida Sales Tax, and also                                              includes departure clean)

                                           Pool heat is £15 per day (minimum 3 consecutive days) if                                                     required

 

* £200 security deposit to hold booking, via cheque, which will be uncashed, to be returned within 14 days of end date of booking (subject to villa inspection).

* 50% of total balance due within 7 days of booking and receipt of security deposit. Remainder of balance to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to departure.
